Meet Our Staff

Krista Ficco, Paralegal

Krista Ficco was born and raised in Colorado. She graduated from Ouray High School in 1978. She received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Southern Colorado at Pueblo. She has worked with the Tisdel Law Firm since 1980. She works closely with the firm’s attorneys in areas of real estate law, water rights law, land use development, probate and estate administration, conservation easement matters and corporate entity formation. She prides herself in concentrating on details and keeping clients well-informed through the handling of their cases. Krista is an officer of the Legal Assistants of the Western Slope (LAWS) and has been involved with LAWS since 2005. She enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Anita Posey, Paralegal

Anita Posey was born and raised in Wyoming. She graduated from Jackson Hole High School in 1976. She has worked with the firm since 2002, when she joined as a legal assistant Now a paralegal, she works closely with the attorneys in civil litigations, administrative proceedings, real property transactions, and corporate entity formation. Anita has an extensive background in title insurance, banking, county administration, and is an experienced litigation paralegal. Anita enjoys motorcycling, camping, and spending time with her family and three malamutes.

Stephanie Bartschi, Administrative Assistant/Billing Coordinator

Stephanie has been working at the Firm since December, 2008. She moved to Colorado from Michigan in 1992 after graduating from Michigan State University with a BA in Advertising. She lives in Ridgway with her husband, Jim and their two daughters. Stephanie is the Treasurer of the Ridgway Library District Board of Trustees. She enjoys photography, travel, hiking, camping and snowboarding.
